What we collect

Enquiry and job application details you submit (name, contact details, message, resume). For employees: profile, payroll, attendance and onboarding records entered in the Employee Portal.

Why we use it

To respond to enquiries, process applications, run payroll and meet statutory obligations (EPF, ESIC, income tax). We do not sell personal data.

How it is protected

Data is stored on secured servers. Portal access requires a password; uploaded documents are not publicly accessible and are available only to the employee concerned and authorised management.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, as permitted under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, by writing to support@hlm.co.in.

Assistant

Questions typed into the website assistant are used only to answer them and are not linked to your identity.
